Recent Framerate DROP please HELP!!!

Hi, lately CS S has been stuttering and making my gameplay miserable, but I've dawned onto something even worse today. I ran the Video Stress Test which I used to get 78 FPS on, and now my average is 50 FPS. I just ran 3 different ad/spy detectors and that didn't fix it. BTW, I have had my settings and console commads the same so it's not that.
