Recently get AVP2 and I had few question

now the questions

are some way to play whit bots? cuz my internet is too slow to play muliplayer

in the menu were you choose the race are a optiom I think is called "custom levels" or something like that,what is that option?

how I can MOD the game?

maybe I will post few question later

I don't think there are any official bots. The custom levels option I think is the option where you can play a game by yourself like survivor and stuff where the whole purpose is to just keep killing aliens and try to survive as long as possible. That would be the best thing to play if you cant play online. I don't think there was ever a SDK released for the game.

You could probably make a map and put marines in who will work with you to a point. But I don't think a proper bot was ever made for it

AvP2 doesn't have a proper skirmish mode, you need to download special maps that allow coop style play. AvP1 had skirmish, i dunno why they didn't keep it, it was the good point of AvP

If I remember correctly they couldn't do bots for it for some technical reason. It seems silly but for some reason in multiplayer AI just wouldn't work.

I am stuck in a predator mission

the mission is "Allies...something" before the humans capture and I need to find my weapons and stuff

I are in the part were I find a dead predator and some rare big stuff were I find the all mighty shoulder cannon and other stuff,after that I reach some part up the ceiling were I must use the thing that activate whit H (that arm saboteage thing) but when I explore all the doors in that part and I am just stuck

what I must do?

When you fry the control box and the door below it opens, it leads to a small bay with an elevator. The first time I played this the elevator door didn't open. Try reloading that section of the mission. If it still doesn't open press Enter then type <cheat> mpsixthsense and just fly through the door.

in a predator mission after the one I was stuck, after jump over the transportator ship, I go to a cave, and I reach a place were are 2 dead predators

are some ways to were I can go but I cant go cuz the thousands of aliens that appear any moments

what I must to do or go?

also can tell me tips to fight against aliens cuz is very hard cuz apear tousands everytime

The aliens are easy when you know how to fight them, switch to energy vision (that one that allows you to auto target aliens). Use the should cannon, have fun tapping the fire button!

I quite enjoy the Survival mode on multiplayer. Playing as Humans vs Aliens is best...Just that feeling of a growing horde coming to get you. Especially when you are backed into a corner and your only hope is the rapidly emptying minigun.

yeah, multiplayer is cool for AVP2, love going the aliens and waiting on the ceiling or up a tree before dropping on the heads of any marines/predators. The praetorian is pretty cool too, can absorb lots of damage.

I love the game but sometimes is get a painfull slow framerate sometimes (cuz my PC sucks)

It's a lot of fun, if played properly. Great hunting marines as the predator, or completely obliterating Dux as an alien.. or better yet queen :E

In response to this I ask you to remember that I am >the< daddy of a marine and Predator. And especially since good Predators don't get *coughstuckonarailingscough*.
