I want to get this right now Im using a stock fan that came with a 3700 will that fan be enough or should I get a new one?
can you recommend me one please?

If you're not planing to OC I think the stock HSF is enough but, if you're planing to OC; try ZALMAN products (Though some of em may be more expensive than CPU) ZALMAN makes my favorite HSF.
