Red Alert2: Yuris Revenge crashes when i start (Compability mode question)

When i start Yuris revenge it gives me an error and gives me a option to send a mail to microsoft about it or not. I have read on the net that this is because im trying to run the game on Windows XP and i have to set the compability to Win 95/98. So i right-click on the .exe file and go "properties" but there is no "compability" tab, there is only a "general" and "summary" tab, no Compability tab. Wtf? What now? I remember playing dungeon keeper in Compability mode but it just wont show up this time.

All this is strange, because Red Alert 2 works fine...and since the expansion is newer it should be more bug-free and work better but its worse then the orginal! Wtf?

So...how can i fix this?
