Red line down center of monitor

hi all i just wanted to say that there is a solid red line that is going down the center of my monitor vertically and it only shows up on black. im not sure how it got there,but does anyone know of a fix for this? ive had this monitor for about 4 months. i have already tested that the video card is not the cause of it. it is a Gateway 19' Widescreen monitor if thats any help.

Get em to replace it.
Probably the red sub pixels in that line are not working like they should.

ya i was just thinking of doing an rma if i couldnt find a fix for it. ill just call gateway tommorow.
