It's a huge step forward in comparison with the previous one imo :)

Euhm, never mind :p

But I actually used search before posting this and found nothing.

Insane: It's around somewhere. I can't find it via Search either.

john: No, I didn't. It was made by the fair hands of Deviant who you'll often see in the Halflife2.net IRC channel #halflife2

It's somewhere out there...

*Insane plays X-files tune

Seriously: was it on the newspage or just a random thread on a subforumN

It was in this forum. We didn't post it as news though.

Texas is a country now?

It's a joke. You'll find them all over the site.

OH MY GOD! DOES /me wants to know if "/me" WORK(s) NOW?????

EDIT: Nope. False alarm.

But yeah, it's exactly like the old one, just a bit of a face lift.

well the improvement is nice over what they had before.
basically, its a start

Finally. Their old site was so out of date. Didn't even mention Half-Life 2. steampowered.com is really more like they're home anyway, just no corporate stuff there.

EDIT: Interesting, in their links it has teamfortress.com-[coming soon]. It links back to Half-Life2.com right now, but it probably means something.

the new look site is not that good , seeing how much valve is worth ;)
