Refresh Rate problem on Radeon 9800 Pro

I just upgraded my drivers to the 4.10 catalyst and installed the new catalyst control panel they have. Ever since i did that, I have been unable to set my refresh rate to the setting i want. Before the driver upgrade, i had my desktop at 1024x768 at 75 hz. After the upgrade, i have it at the same resolution, but it wont let me change the refresh rate for some reason, it stays at 60 hz. I can go into the settings and change it to 75, but my monitor and my eyes both tell me that im still stuck at 60. What could be the problem?

had this problem too. get 'ati tray tools', the refresh locker in this is the best, and it makes HZ really stick.
