refresh rate

I have a monitor that only supports 60 hz, and in the new update it seems that they have made CSS run in 70 or 72 hz mode, which sucks.

Everything is badly blurred and i have 2 black bars down the side of my screen. I have no idea how to change to refresh rate and have looked in all the options.

Can anybody help me?

Turn off Vsync, and there are some programs, i've forgotten their name that lets you "lock" a different refreshrate to different resolutions.

If you use nvidia or ATI, just lock the refresh rate at 60hz.
