Removing a Program from Registry?

Commandos 3 has been haunting my computer ever since I tried to take it out.. It sits on the list in add/remove program, and I want to install it again, but I can't because my computer still thinks it's in there.. IT'S NOT. It's in the add/remove thing and says it's only 1.28 MB, any way to remove it so my computer no longer thinks it's in there, and then I can install it?

When I try to install now, it just asks me if I want to Modify/Repair/Remove, none of which even work..

Start, Run, type in 'regedit', hit enter.

Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, expand it, go to SOFTWARE, and have a look round for either Commandos 3 or the company that made it, then delete junk.

Is Commandos 3 as good as Commandos 2? I still need to go back and finish that game. It was awesome.

I own and have beaten Commandos 1 (a long time ago), never played Commandos 2, but in comparison with Commandos 1, Commandos 3 is really good. It's all 3D and whatnot. Better cutscenes, and the Sniper is ALOT better. I recommend you play it, either way.
