Renegade X: The Dead 6 Mod Chat

The Command & Conquer-style modification Renegade X: The Dead 6 are reporting a massive piece of updates to be released very soon.

"You guys are screaming out for more info, more material, more knowledge about dead6, where we are going, whats happening behind the scenes. Next week we will be releasing as much media as we can for you guys. There should be a fair amount of still shots, and, we hope to have a live motion video to show you guys. We have gained a few more faces on the team, and a couple have left. More info on that next week."

As well as these promising news, they are going to host two public mod chats for those interested in knowing more about the modification and getting a chance to chat with the people behind the scenes.[br]</br>
The first public chat will take place on Wednesday, January 26, 10:00 AM PST (6.00 PM GMT).[br]</br>The second public chat will take place on Thursday, January 27th, at 1 AM PST (9:00 AM GMT).[br]</br>To partake in this exciting event, all you have to do is to use mIRC (Which can be downloaded here) and join the Renegade network by typing /server irc.renevo.com:6668, and then type /join #dead6 to enter the channel.[br]</br>Expect a whole lot of exclusive information to be revealed. You can't really blame them for being enthusiastic, but they do come on a little strong.

that statement was directed to our loyal fans and forum goers at renevo.com, and the players on your CS:S server. They have, in fact been screaming for more info. It has nothing to do with being arrogant, or thinking we are 'stars'.

we have had a loyal following for 2 years, and even more in the last couple of months, and yes, they have been screaming for updates, as 90% of the time i can't sign on IRC, MSN, Aim, or enter the server without be consumed with media requests and questions about the mod.

So yes, excuse us for saying that they are screaming, but really... they kinda are. We kind of adopted an entire game community when we went full public due to some of our other work in that community. Plus having another mod built on top of our own adds to that small community.

We are not Vain, we simply adhere to the demands of our community. They want questions and answers, this is the best way for us to address them as well as address any questions that any new comers might have about the mod. Consider it a live interview.
