Request for a small weapon port

I would like to know of there is anyone who would be willing to port the SLAM from HL2DM over into CSS. What I want is a simple mod that adds the SLAM to the buy menu and such, so that people can use the tripmine-like weapon in a tactical FPS(the kind of game I think it belongs in).

CSS isn't open source, sadly. You can't add or change anything, code-wise, except make admin-mods and other plugins.
