I've seen both and still didn't 'get' it. All I see is four minutes of sombre/serious moments from a comedy movie set to the theme from a movie about drug addiction. The editing is mostly just random so I don't see how there's even anything to get.

I have to agree, tbh. Random editing + Soundtrack doesn't necessary = cleverly subversive trailer instead it = 4 minutes of life lost.
