Resetting launch options

Hi guys. I've been having trouble with the cutscenes in Episode 2 and in trying to deal with it I made a bunch of changes to the Launch Options for the game. This actually made the game run really badly and I don't know how to reverse things, how to undo the damage I seem to have done.
I know this is probably a really stupid question, but can anyone tell me how to return the launch options to default?

Well for one, did you erase the launch options in the Launch Options box?

Two, try deleting config.cfg in the "Steam\steamapps\your_name\half-life 2 episode two\ep2\cfg" folder.

I erased the hell out of the launch options in the box. I have a few things to try now, so I'll see how it goes. Thanks bro!
