Return to desktop

[Insano]

Normally I could return from a Half-Life based game to desktop and back without any problems, but now when I return, my screen is black.
I can hear the soundtrack and if I move my mouse I hear the sounds of the buttons.

Any help would be great

Same problem here - I'll just exit properly till some fix comes out
Could be a driver problem ... anyone know about this? I'm using Catalyst 4.9, with 4.10 ready to go when I can be bothered.
