If this comes to be then that means it can unite resources from both cores to help with 1 thread. So for those of you who don't think you would get much out of dual core...in this case you would be able to.

It also says the Socket AM2 CPUs should already have the hardware for it. It requires an OS, driver update and bios flash for current boards.

Doesnt this mean it will make programs think that there is only 1 core, but both do significant work? Something like that I think
