Revving computer?

Well I just got my computer built and setup. Now that I've got it going, the fans have been acting some what odd. Like when I scroll down on a page on IE the fans like rev up and then die down as soon as I stop scrolling. What types of temperatures should I expect from this system: p4 2.8 800fsb, 9800pro 256, 1 gig hyper x with one rear fan and two front fans? I get like 95F at boot up, and 97 at idle. After I watched the Trapdown video, my temps were at 113 f, 102, 104 (3 different zone readings). I took off the case and watched the barracades movie and my temps were at 102, 91,91.

I just don't know what I should expect to see. While I've got a thread going... what kind of 3Dmark scores should I be getting. I think I got a 5,200 something when I ran it. I got a 43,000 on aquamark. Are these typical? Thanks a million guys.

Sounds about right for scores I guess.
Leave your side of your case on. Too many problems when you leave it off and it doesnt cool the entire case properly.
Those temps are great. Stock cooler?
