RicoModV2.0 RELEASED! (MP2 mod)

My new mod for Max Payne 2 is out... i hope you guys enjoy it, i certainly had fun making it. It changes tons of gameplay features instead of just reskinning things and calling it a mod. Please give it a try and post some feedback for me, i would certainly appreciate it.

The mod is really great!
Although the GUN-KATA is a little strange. Is it supposed to look like he is shooting down at the ground? I manage to kill people, but it looks a little weird. Same goes for the hitting and kicking(not that it looks like he kick or hit the ground, but weird).. Funny girly way of punching people.. And the kick is a little weird too.

But it's a great mod, better than all the other socalled mods out there. As far as i know atleast.

Hehe yeah the only reason everything looks a bit odd is because the MP2 developers have not released the files required to make new animations, so i basically just reused existing animations. for example, the kick animation was taken from a scene where max kicks a door down. The punch is simply the grenade throw animation without the grenade in his hand.

I will change all these animations as soon as i am able to.


BTW: I released a new file, the file i sent in originally had a few bugs i forgot to squash. Go to the thread i posted and scroll down for the second file.

Good job on the Gun-Kata, it feels and looks very good. You just need to replace the bullet time music with some from Equilibrium, that would be perfect!
