I decided what i'm going to build

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Also all parts should work fine? LIke ram and cpu will work with mobo? Also what thermal paste should i get? Plus will stock cpu fan be able to idle at 40 c because i don't plan on overclocking cpu ever. My old prescott p4 idled at 50 c with stock. : /
