Hello, its Pointe/Rainman again. I would just like to announce that our first two (untextured) models have been completed. They look pretty sweet. Unfortunately, the Acura RSX is a little too many polies (2,800 w/o wheels, 6,700 w/ wheels), and we're going to re-do the wheels.

The E-Series Van can be seen at:http://www.riseofpower.net/vehix/eseriesvan.htm

The Acura RSX is located at: http://www.riseofpower.net/vehix/acura-rsx.htm

I'd like to see what you guys think! Also, We still have openings left on the team. The main site is located at: http://www.riseofpower.net/

Thank you for your time,
~Rainman~

the E-Series looks a bit poorly modeled. i dont know the poly count, but it looks like an HL model, not HL2. at the front, some of the faces looks deformed or vertices misplaced. the wing mirrors look basic for an HL2 model. and at the rear, where theres a deformation in the smoothin, looks like theres been a bit of poly saving. i dont know...the main shape of the car is very basic and shud b modeled with lots of polies left over. i dunno, there just doesnt seem to be enuf detail.

the second one looks better, but it looks like all the polies went into the wheels and chairs. u need to distribute ur polies a bit better. the short answer is, they need work, but they r a good start. oh and plz ffs reduce the polies on the wheels, ive worked it out as 975 polies for each wheel. im working it out...and...hot s**t thats two weapon models for the wheels, cmon man...POLY DISTRIBUTION

sorry to bust up the party, its just they need a bit more work, and there are a few basics, that need to b revised.

Thank you for your imput, I admit the first one doesn't look that great, but it is a van. I believe that with some texturing, it will look extremely good. Also, there are insides to the van, which look good.

As for the RSX, I admit the wheels are a little too detailed. I am trying to find some1 to do it. I'm not a modeller, so I can' do it myself. These were created by the members on my RoP team, and the name of the author is below the pictures.

Thank you for your time,
~Rainman~

Erm the first model has quite a few shading errors in it, it needs alot of work..

and the second one looks as though all the polies went into the curves you need to distribute your polies better thoughout....

anywho, give better C&C when i get back..me ootta go...
