I was just watching Match of the Day and, in the Everton vs Man City game, Robbie Fowler scored a goal. After he scored he ran round the outside of the pitch tapping the top of his head. After the highlights the pundits (who all have names I can't spell off the top of my head) said "The less said about the celebration the better".

I just wondered what this was in reference to? Does anyone have any idea?

Maybe he was just trying to say he used his head? :P I know that he got a yellow card for taking about 2 steps off the field of play, which is completely ridiculous. But who cares about Man City/Robbie Fowler anyway? they both suck :P

By the way, its Peter Schmeichel and Mark Lawrenson who were the pundits. *Prays that he spelt them right*

Well, they said that they were going to pretend that he was saying how he scored the goal but they acted as if there was something really dodgey about it.

All I really care about Man City is that Boro get six points off them.

EDIT: Actually, after doing some research I've found that he was just responding to the taunts of the crowd. He was trying to wind up the Everton fans after they called him "Smackhead".

This is a completely pointless thread now. Damn.

Its not the first time, remember his 'line snorting' celebration at Liverpool a few years back? IIRC that got him a tasty fine.
