The development team ‘Naked Sky Entertainment’ will be bringing Roboblitz to Steam in the coming weeks. The game, based on the Unreal® Engine™ 3 looks to be something new and quirky.[br]
RoboBlitz is a humorous, physics-driven action game full of inventive gizmos, weapons, and environments. Players take on the role of Blitz, a multi-talented robot who must activate an aging Space Cannon to save his world from a band of maladjusted space pirates. Set in seven distinct environments, RoboBlitz features 19 levels of puzzle-solving and high-intensity action.
[br]The price is scheduled to be around $14.99 (about £8) with no confirmed release date. In the meantime, check out some screenshots of the game on the Roboblitz website.

Man steam is growing so fast its INSANE!

Didn't this demo come out a while ago?
I remember playing some unreal 3 engine powered robot game a few months ago.
Very crappy i have to say.
Maybe this is something else.

Yeah it was the first playable Unreal 3 Engine game. Sucked tbh. Well it is only 14.99$, I might consider it if it's improved at all since that crap demo.

unreal 3 engine on steam? huh?
Very odd eh? But i must say, if you check out the screenshots it looks rather polished and pretty. Hopefully we'll see a demo on steam, nothing said yet though D:

Just so you know, the original "Roboblitz" demo was actually a "Robohorde" demo. The new "Roboblitz" is a very different game, and the new Roboblitz demo is tres fun :D

RoboBlitz website said:
RoboHordes, as well as the RoboBlitz: Tech Demo were totally different, very old games. They are ancient versions of UE3, far before lots of fancy features were added. If you want to know what RoboBlitz is like, check out the art on this website. Don't look at RoboHordes or RoboBlitz: Tech Demo since that will mislead you and you will be sad.

How stupid is the demo on Steam...

"NO PHYSX INSTALLATION FOUND."

It says you need to have a PhysX card to run the game yet on the website it is not under recommended specs.

WTF!

How stupid is PsychoFreak...

PhysX is also a physics engine, which the game uses. It will install the common files for that engine for you the first time you run it.

So, to recap: You do not need a PhysX card and it does not say anywhere that you need a PhysX card.

Oh yes I'm really stupid when I click "Yes" and then it does nothing.

EDIT: Wow, it did it now...with another error! Corrupt installation o_0

unreal 3 engine on steam? huh?
Why would this be weird ? A lot of other engines (UT2k4 engine for Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45, Call of Duty 2) already made their entry on steam. Remember, it's only the content delivery system.

I was surprised how well this ran on my computer.

D:
