Ron Paul vs Steven Baldwin!?

I cant watch the video but thought I'd add this:

Baldwin's spiritual journey started many years ago when his Brazilian housekeeper told him that she was Prophesied in Brazil, that she would lead her future American employer to Christ. His wife became a born-again Christian first and then Baldwin became a Christian shortly after[9] the September 11 attacks.[10][11]

Baldwin told talk show host Drew Marshall that, "911 was an event that happened in reality, it was something I never thought was possible...the impossible became possible. I'm going to tackle this faith because Jesus really could come back tomorrow!"

obviously a lunatic

however his opponent is also a lunatic:

Paul calls himself "strongly pro-life",[145] "an unshakable foe of abortion",[146] and believes regulation or ban[147] on medical decisions about maternal or fetal health is "best handled at the state level".[148][149] He says his years as an obstetrician led him to believe life begins at conception

Wow, everyone but him dances around the issue and then end with a personal jab.

This is why 'actors' should not take part in political issues.

I highly dislike Ron Paul for the most part, but he did very well in this debate.

I'm pretty sure most biologists would agree that life begins at conception as well, nothing lunatic about it. :dozey:

Fact of the matter is Paul unlike someone like Sarah Palin has never put his personal stance on the issue of abortion above the position of his constituents, and unlike her, his stance is taken from the perspective of a man whose carried out abortions not from divine teaching.

Anyhows Ron Paul talking a lot of sense on the maryjane issue and washed up Baldwin brother just talking it seems.

I don't know about comparing Ron Paul to Socrates, but you're right in that he blew Baldwin out of the water. I saw this vid a couple days ago after it aired, it's completely one-sided.

Debate? What debate? Steven said two words.

Jesus Christ, does Baldwin have a punchable face or what?

Yes, obviously Ron's ****ing insane!!! He should be locked up and fed pills for the rest of his life. Your evidence clearly shows this man is not safe to be around.

amirite?

Is that supposed to sound unreasonable? I honestly have no idea how you're getting 'lunatic' from that.

Edit: Holy shit Steven Baldwin is an idiot.

This is whole argument.

feds to much power blablabla states rights blabla
yes weed should legalized but Ron Paul want it legalized for the wrong reasons
if Ron Paul had his way states would have the right to turn in to christian Taliban states etc.

The point isn't to make a general rule of "do whatever the **** you want lol" it's to make a general rule of "do what's moral". This isn't science, you're supposed to have a pre-conceived knowledge that not every choice for society can be black and white.

Steven Baldwin should stick to his obscure B-Movies career instead of trying to get into politics with his nutbag, born again christian agenda.
