Some one needs to explain to people that saying something ridiculous/over-the-top-/shocking and then pausing to repeat it again in annoying voice does not make it funnier. Honestly, did you think "Sex with a velociraptor" didn't register the first time? Did you think it'd be funnier the second time?
 
That fat twit needs to get off the internet. That was terrible.
