To be honest, I like how much effort went into it, there are some things there that just yuk, but there good points as well, like the attention to detail, the creator copy the design from the pages, using the resources of the source props & textures.

And look at the little things,

Rorschach put his Journal in his coat

the bird flew away as Rorschach hit the ground.

The Zeppelin in the sky

The sunset.


And there are bad things admittedly

Like animation, the extra slow walk towards Happy Harry's bar (Christ sake, he could run over by a bus at that speed.) The mask shifts very slow.
 
Hot's videos, they scream beneath me like an abattoir of retarded children.
 
Hi, I created this video...saw this posting from the linkback list on youtube.

Hot, thanks for noticing the details...those were actually the hardest parts to implement. The mask shifts were slow because I found an upper limit to the animated vtf frames (I couldn't get vtfex to compile anything past 150 frames...if anyone knows a workaround, I'd be glad to hear it), so I had to adjust the framerate so it wouldn't cycle in the middle of the shot. Basically I sacrificed his face changes in favor of cinematography.

What else was "just yuk" and "freaking horrible"?

I just don't like people making videos about Watchmen in Gmod or anywhere else.
 
VS, don't mind them, the majority of the forum are spoiled brats.
 
Watched it. Didn't like it.
The voice sounded like that guy from saw, and there was really no plot development.
As well as I don't like seeing watchmen made in gmod or anything else, like ZT.
 
You are aware blemished is a similar spoil you hateful asshat.
 
Yes, I am aware what blemished means, but you cannot be "blemished on" something, it's like saying "I am covered on Peanut butter"

So saying one is "Blemished on arrogance" makes absolutely no sense.

Yes, because it's picking on someone who previously stated that you're a 'spoilt brat' for voicing your distate for something, and later went on to claim you are 'blemised on arrogance'. I think if you are going to insult someone you could, at the very least, ensure it is grammatically correct. Because y'know, in absence of that, you tend to lose some of that gravitas.

At the end of the day, it's not the end of the world, you knew what he meant, it wasn't undecipherable, so his point came across. You on the other hand, were being petty.

Anyway, whatever, I've learned on my time here that this is the case so it doesn't really bother me any more, I just think there are better things top worry about than someone putting a word in the wrong place in an internet post.

So, being lazy and/or stupid is okay as long as your point gets across? I don't give a **** if it's on the internet or not. Everyone has a responsibility to themselves and to others to speak properly. Yeah, mistakes are made sometimes, but HotNumbers is frequently criticised for being, well, a moron. If people want to call him stupid because he wants to act stupid, whose fault is it?

Just because I enjoy watching a lot of online videos and posting 'em on your cesspool of a forum and not showing a general interest in the populous needs of the forum.

I gotta laugh somethings at the cockiness of some of the members of the forum. Like the idea of your opinions matter, the same applies to me also, my opinion isn't worth 2 cent, neither does yours.

Back track Elliot Ness -- he called the majority of the forum "spoilt brats" because they did not appreciate a particularly untasteful video, and then went on to say they were "blemished on arrogance" when someone questioned his statement. I'm being petty? I merely chose to expose the ridiculousness of his blanket insult.

I have a new idea. When you go to write any kind of post, whether it's a thread or reply or probably even a private message, follow these steps:

- Write one word at a time
- Re-read every sentence no less than 5 times
- Out loud.
- Get someone with an IQ of at least 40 points higher than you (shouldn't be hard to find) to re-read the entire thing.
- Then delete it and go masturbate to furry porn or whatever.

With Yorick's quick guide to forum usage, you can't go wrong!

Then deal with the fact he called you spoiled brats and not pick at something which compared to the content of the post, wasn't at all important. He was sticking up for some obvious hard work done by someone on a video, which is in no way distasteful, when the people here felt the need to be pretty harsh about it.
You went on to pick up on grammar and spelling mistakes of the post, rather than the content, which wouldn't be the first time for you Samon, which is petty, yes.

No, but mistakes are made when typing, and to be honest, being a grammar nazi on an internet forum really is a waste of time, people make mistakes with simple slip of the thumb, to try and take the piss for such a trivial thing, well, I find it a little sad, but if that's important to some people then I guess that's down to them.
