There are so many problems with that design. First of all , like Nicky said , how are you supposed to travel between floors? Second "rectractable heli-pad"? how the hell do they plan on doing that , i mean the whole things turning and im pretty sure landing on a moving object as small as a heli pad is hard. Third of all motion sickness.
