Hey guys, lately I have been having growing issues with my Netgear WGT624 V3 Router. I used to get random outages where it would just stop loading anything and not allow me to connect, and then return minutes later or after a restart of the router.
It wasn't a very common problem and so it didn't annoy me much, but now specifically with the release of Steam Community it has begun to happen almost constantly. It only seems to mainly do it when I run steam.. Everything will be fine and then I will try to refresh my server list and no servers will show. I then go out and try to view a website and nothing. I have checked to see if it is only my computer, but it is happening to the whole network.I either wait or have to restart the router to get it back up.
I have reset the router back to factory settings, updated the firmware, and am now looking to maybe replace it. If anyone has any suggestions for possible fixes or good replacement routers, that would be great. Thanks in advance.
