Running as a limited XP user

I have a problem, half life 2 runs under Admin without any problems, but as soon as I try to run it with limited user privelages it wont work.

Has anyone managed to get it to run as Limited user successfully?

when you installed the game you had to make it so it will run for everyone and not just that account.
