i saw a little ad for it on www.ign.com sometimes in advertimements on videos

uhh first thing i noticed was.. it was freaking so STUPID it was HILAROUS

a guy walks to a window, then it goes to like super gunfight slo mo thing, and these old people are eating dinner and a bullet goes through a slice of BREAD

then it cuts to cars crashing
and it cuts to a first person view of a shotgun shooting a guy

it goes in slo motion and the guy is falling backwards screaming: *NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooo* as you see a shell falling to the ground.

go watch it and you will see what i mean :rolling:

I hear the movie's pretty good, with "fairy tale themes." And the director directed the Cooler so I'd expect nothing less than good. It's supposed to be more of a crime/drama than the ads are perceiving it as (which is an action movie).

I watched it an hour ago and i thought the money was well spent.

plus the song on the trailer is one of my favorite songs: muse - time is running out

our time is ruuuuuuunnnnnning out, our time is ruuuuuuunnnnnning out

Meh, I find mainstream music in trailers / movies particularly distasteful, something about it just doesn't seem right. However, I don't mind it when it done 'right' (ex. Garden State, The Graduate, etc.)

Anyway, Running Scared was a fun movie to watch, a good popcorn movie that doesn't try to do too much. I liked the movie up until the twist, the movie just went downhill from there ... especially the ending, ugh I hated that.
