I found it more stupid than "disturbed." It seems like the artist put a little too much effort into trying to making it "disturbed" and that's why it came off as stupid.

i think they are funny and random. when you go from happy happy cartoons to salad fingers you dont see a differencew in style, but if you go from salad fingers to happy flashes, then you notice something
