Good debate, seems like they spent an unusual amount of time arguing over Islamic politics though

Christopher Hedges is very good, I must read some of his work, he's made me reconsider my position quite significantly.

Sam Harris kind of lost track of the debate at one point. He never actually answered why religious extremism seems to take over at certain times and not others.

The witchcraft analogy was priceless! I'll be using it if I ever have to argue with a religious wacko.
