Same problem with dvd retail

As said in anouther thread that same problem, where it freezes on the menu loading screen happens to me as well , so its not just the steam one. :flame:


It does the same 4 cs:s 4 me too, and i know my pc can run it because the beta version worked fine.

yep mine bombing out to just like in CS:Source cant see the error but looping sound and then crash to desktop.... I suspect its the memory cannot be read error.... god damn joke wish valve would address this problem LOTS have it in CS:S aswell as what I feard most ... its in HL2 aswell... I got all usual drivers etc etc up to date blah blah blah
