I haven't seen this show in FOREVER. I bought all 4 seasons - this show is a million times better than I remember.

I love how unlike regular cartoons it goes slow and lets you take in the sights and when there's action, it goes fast and crazy.

First episode is amazingly epic, too. Most epic episode of any cartoon.

Greatest animated show ever. Period. The art is great, the storytelling is awesome, and the characters are brilliant.

It really is a show for kids but I think it'd actually meant more for adults, just the way the future is (polluted and all) depicted in the show.

Season 1 episode 10 - Jack and the Lava Monster - amazing.

I only saw bits of pieces of this when it was first being aired and I loved it to bits. Such great humour and impactful scenes. It had real style without really taking itself seriously.

F*ck yeah.

The best episode is one with the seasons changing and when Jack challanged Aku to fight in human form

I dunno. I really love the one where he's just bouncing around the trees with monkeys.

i remember the first season was awesome, but then i grew out of it. the style was nice though.

only saw one ep, and it had talking dogs. eh, even though i shouldn't have, i avoided it since then. one question, does this series have a main story that spans all the episodes? and does it actually end? (meaning, did they write a series finale or did it just get kicked off tv before that could happen)

My favorite episode, I haven't found which episode/season it is yet, but I can't wait to see it again. I love the end.

Aku: Huh!?! you can fly!?
Jack: No. I jump good.

That's the third episode of the first season. You should definitely start watching again.

And yes it does have a story that spans across all seasons. And it doesn't get stupid either, it stays the same.

I caught a few episodes in parts back when it first came on the air, didn't interest me so I moved on.

Loved the Clone Wars cartoons that were made by the same guys though.

Aku is the best villain, he can be hilarious one second, and downright evil the next.

Demongo: "Master, please forgive me."
Aku: "Hmmm. No."

My favorite episode is either the one where he fights Aku in human form, or the one with the Imacandi hunters.

Oh hell yeah, loved that show.

This thread needs more Scotsman

**** yes, he was awesome.

...

And speaking of awesome cartoons, my friends and I were talking about this one:

Probably the last cartoon I consistently followed before the crippling decline of cartoon quality and my childhood. One of my favorites.

I've watched up to about episode 22 so far, and my favourite is the three blind archers. That one is awesome.

And I definitely agree with you about Aku - ever see the episode where Aku tells stories to the little kids? - hilarious.

This is the same damn button he pressed before!

Ah yes, that epsiode is pretty damn epic.

The storytime episode was hilarious as well.

I agree, the blind archers one is totally awesome.

Did Megas XLR have an end or was it canceled? I can't remember.
