Sandtraps Load Error

We'll, I'm having a big problem with Highway 17. There is a giant wall where a loading area should be. It happens in the end of the tunnel just after the spot where you use the 3 HEV's (or what ever they are) to open the gate. I have had a loading problem before, in black mesa where an action trigger didn't occur (when you got into the base and the girl brings you down the elevator, when the elevator arrived, she stopped talking and I had to do some weird save thing to get around it.) Any ideas of how to get around this?

Do that "weird save thing" again. Or reload the level.
