Satellite Radio

So I am thinking of purchasing a satellite radio reciever, but I don't know how well the services compare. I do know that XM and Sirius are merging but their channels will still remain separate. So the few questions I have are about service. How many of you have satellite radio? I know the prices are pretty much the same, so how well do you like the service? Is the reception good wherever you go? How is the quality of the programming?



Which one should I get?

I voted XM because thats what my parents have. If my dad could set it up then it must be easy to set up, if my mom could use it, it must be very intuitive to use. They never get excited over any kind of technology and they were really excited over this. My dad loves it, and my mom says its great too, which is huge since she hates all technology.

Hmm. That's one thing that I've been told... no matter what service, people who have satellite radio absolutely LOVE IT.
