Save Game Dilemma

Hi everybody,
This is my first post on this forum...hope I dont embarass myself too much!

Anyways..im having a problem with my saved games. Once i've loaded them...the characters dont work. I've tried re-installing the game..but the problem still remains.

Can anybody help me?

Have you bought the game? Sorry for this question, but the problem you have is common with illegal versions.
