I recently got a new computer, on which i installed Half Life 2 via Steam. I burned the saved games off my old computer onto a disc, and transferred them to the SAVE folder on the new computer. All the files show up on the load menu, but when i double-click on one to open it, it does not work. The loading bar flashes on, but then i am returned to the main menu, this time sans background. I attempted the "sv_unlock" command to restart from the chapter i am at, but my saves for this wouldn't show up, and i got the infamous "XoooX memory could not be read xooox" thing whenever i got to a new area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
