And they bloody rocked. They didn't let the events of the past week put a dampener on them and they played a blistering show. Considering quite a few people there weren't Iron Maiden fans a lot of them sure did get involved and picked up some of Maiden's classics quite quickly (Run to the Hills and Running Free), even a friend of mine who's normally into Dance music and that sort of stuff. Bruce didn't even mention the Ozzfest incident which I thought was quite sensible of him and made a joke about them having a 'Spinal Tap' moment when he broke a string on Jannick's guitar accidentally by playing it with his microphone.
Yeah the band sounded great and it was a great show.
