Anyone knows about Saw and Saw II? Well, I love the movie similar to it's rival movies "Cube", "Cube 2: Hypercube" and last but not least, "Cube Zero".

I watched Saw and Saw II and there are traps (Nerve Gas House from Saw II, Bathroom Trap from Saw, Reverse-bear trap and Death Mask.)

Anyone watched it?

And the serial killer is Jigsaw Killer


And he uses a clown puppet on the TV to communicate with his victims.
 
I saw SAW and SAWII. I did not expect them to be entertaining, but was pleasantly surprised. I loved the whole puzzle for your life thing. Never heard about the other movies you mentioned.
 
Yeah, I seldom watch films but this is the series that I loved and worth mentioning.

Saw III will be scheduled for release on October 27 2006 Halloween.
 
I liked 1 but 2 was a big letdown, just like Halo. :(
 
Pretty overrated movies.

I liked them but it was really just one step above any other teen horror movie. It would've been great if those guys could've got some funding for it in Australia, because it seemed to be very "hollywoodised".
 
I thought they were both shit, as were the sequals to Cube (which was excellent::))
 
overrated, it's like the old "When A Stranger Calls" OMG THE KILLER IS IN THE ROOM! AHHHHH!

Woah there, Hypercube was crap but Zero was awesome (barring the fact it was VERY B-movie). I'm the proud owner of the DVD tripleset ;)
 
I saw the Saw 3 poster today. XD It's cool. And then I helped make a spoof poster for a film I'm not allowed to tell you about. :(
 
Never seen em, never will, heard good things though. Cube was great.
 
Saw was hugely overrated, bad acting for starters.
Saw 2 was in my opinion many times better thanks to the acting, the concept was not completely fleshed out and the story went downhill a bit near the end.
Cube was excellent fun, Cube Hypercube was ordinary at best. I have not yet seen but want to see cube zero.
 
Not really the same sort of movie, but I'm pretty sure it was done by the same guy as Cube, and has one of the actors from it - this movie called "Nothing". About two losers who basically have the ability to wish stuff away, and what they do with it. It's sort of a quirky comedy, but not really laugh-out-loud... not quite a thinking movie either... you kind of have to see it. It's cool anyway :P
 
Cube, Cube: Zero, and to a lesser extent Hypercube are my favorite shitty b-movies ever.

Saw was good, Saw II wasn't.
 
Saw 1 actually had points to the traps, Saw 2 was retarded..

What the hell was the point of putting the glass box with the razor blades there?
Normally the traps in Saw are supposed to teach you something, that had no point to it at all, besides the gore factor, I think the Saw people are just going for gore instead of storyline, now...

Saw 1 good, Saw 2 Crap, just a guess, but Saw 3 CRAP.
 
Saw major part is the Bathroom Trap with Adam (Leigh Whannell) and Gordon (Cary Elwes) and I liked the Bathroom Trap most as it is the most intensively exciting and puzzle solving by finding things that can help solving unreachable things problems.

Another will be the Reverse Bear trap which is the greatest part.
 
I still haven't watched all of SAW. I have it, I'm just too lazy to continue watching it. I've seen all of SAWII, though. It was entertaining, I guess. Pretty humourous aswell.
 
Saw is great. The person Adam (Leigh Whannell) died because in Saw II, you can see his dead body in the bathroom.
 
Saw was medicore. Saw II was utter crap. I can remember when Saw was released, some people were saying it was better then Se7en. If you think the same, jump off a cliff.
 
I liked saw, saw 2 was ok. Cube is one of my favorite movies ever. Cube 2 sucked of course but I thought cube zero was pretty good. I love trying to describe the cube movies to people that have never seen them.. such interesting reactions.
 
Cube is great. Cube Zero has great style, and the connection to Cube is cool - but Hypercube just bugged me.

There was a key in the padlock for the box. She didn't see it. It was the same for Obi. he could have turned of the gas.
 
Saw 2 was frustrating. When a furnace opens invitingly, DO NOT CRAWL STRAIGHT IN!! havent they ever heard of hansel and gretel? at the very least make sure the door isnt going to be able to close on you... also if you put one hand in a box and find it locked in place by razorblades, dont put your other hand straight into an identical hole.****.
 
She was poisend, tired and couldn't think straight. Obi crawld in there, but he did't have much choice. The others whould probably kill him.
 
there were cables clearly attached to the door of the furnace. surely checking for traps was the obvious thing to do? and jaming something in the door would have been easy enough.
 
Yeah probably... But if everyone survived it whould have sucked.
The hole movie is packed with events like that. If he only whuld have dug out his eye, stayed and chat with jiggy, listen to the note that said don't use this key in this lock mo fo!
 
I rewatched Saw 1 and 2 the other night and I can safely say they are excellent. Saw 2 isn't even half as bad as people say it is.

I wonder if for Saw 4 they will have 4 severed cocks or something on the poster?

Saw III poster is about teeth. There is Saw and three teeths resembling "III". You can go check it out yourself on Wikipedia or on my fan site.

I can't wait for the Saw III, I bet you guys must be excited.
