Who wants to bet we see a lot more pop/emo shitty music in future Guitar Hero games and like $2/song for extra content online or something...

EDIT: Obviously GH2 will be fine still...I just pray MTV uses their label and artist connections to bring in GOOD original tracks or great covers. I don't want Fallout Boy or Chemical Romance or some unlockable Evanesence er whatever...

Well, I guess 2 is the last one I get to buy....oh well freetar hero, here I come.
 
Well if you get yourself a real guitar you'll never have to worry about who publishes the game!
 
They will probably make it into a reality-tv show game where you only get to play the guitar after sitting through countless hours of drivvle.

People who can play the guitar come to hate the game because they find it too different. Though I also know a couple guitarists/bass players who say Guitar Hero is much harder to play then the real guitar, since in most cases, you don't have to move your hand as much.

And personlly, I'd love to learn guitar, but the lack of time/guitar makes it rather difficult. My dad played in a band back in the day, and was REALLY good...told me as soon as I buy a guitar, he'd teach me. But he'd be really strick about it, and I'm a VERY slow learner when it comes to difficult things :(
 
That's my point... Playing Guitar Hero and the real guitar are almost nothing alike. So to say "play the real guitar instead" is like saying "go learn some dance moves instead" to a DDR player.

You took the words that I was arguing with someone outta my mouth.

This ignorant bastard that I showed guitar hero to was like, "This sucks, It's nothing like a guitar, and it's gay."...seriously, it's a video game, congrats at noticing the 5 fret buttons instead of strings.

And to say it's gay before a song was even played? I swear, how do people just all of a sudden create an opinion out of something without knowing ANYTHING about it? The ignorant mind just boggles me.

Anyway, maybe we are all wrong. Maybe it will help Guitar Hero out!

I don't think MTV is that bad, normal MTV is pretty crap aye, but MTV2 is cool.
