I tried installing Splinter Cell Double Agent on my PC and at first everything runs just fine, no problem. I can play it on max settings without a problem. The problem comes after rebooting the computer (which I have to do from time to time you know), then the graphics settings are suddenly set to its lowest possible on everything. If I go to the settings, it says that it's on its highest, but that's not what the in-game visuals are telling me.

As you can see, the ice has no reflections at all and are terribly low-res.
I tried toying with the splintercell4.ini file, but that did nothing.
I tried installing Catalyst Controll Center to see if anything was forced, but nothing.
I recently changed graphics card, but I formated C: when I did.
It's a X1950Pro PCI-express 512MB.
So what am I missing here? Is it possible to change the graphics settings at all??
