Scotland lose again at football (soccer to you Americans)

Italy scored 2, but they were both free kicks. We were owning them during the second half though and should've scored 2 at least. Damn free kicks, that guy was better than Beckham.

And Scotland looked like they had some sort of shape, not like when our manager was Berti Vogts and we ran around like headless chickens. We were expected to lose though, so 2-0 isn't so bad.

That guy must rank as the all time worse manager. It's sad really but everytime I see Scotland play, you just hope that , even as the under dogs they can put it out of the bag. they never do.
It's even worse for me , my wife is English... yeah imagine the celibrations in our house this evening

Actually, considering my lineage, that might explain a lot about my drinking habits...

I'd love to see Scotland excel but every time they disappoint me. Just for once, lads, I'd like to see you dominate... well, anything. Even if it's because a million-to-one-chance cropped up and the forces of causality randomly tore and sent the bloody ball roaring towards the right goal!

Aye. I'm happy with a 2-0 (At the San Siro especially) and a bit of form from the team.

We can't be expecting victories against teams like Italy staright after change in management.
