screen is 2 inches to the left (HELP)

when i start up cs:s or even hl2, the game screen is like 2 inches to the left. when i play cs 1.6, its normal. help me plz.

I got that problem to, although not with this game but with other.. maybe it's your normal resolution and game resolution.. or how much bits you run at.. I have no idea

Do you have an LCD monitor?

Try the refresh/"degauss" button.

erm push the button on the front of your monitor that says auto.

if you dont have a button like that then manually move the screen to the right.
