Screen Shots are blank (black)!

I take screen shots here and there during the game. But when I leave the game
and go to the subdir and open the .jpg files, they are blank (black).
What's going on?
Eny one else have this prob?
Also, the quick save thumbnails are either black or are all screwy but the saved
game loads fine.
I have:
P4 3.20Ghz HT 1Gig Ram
With Intell Express Chipset Family 128Meg Ram. Video Card.
120Gig (7200rpm) HD

Anyone have a solution?

Someone else had this problem previously, wait a sec and I'll get the thread for you.
Try typing this in console: jpeg_quality 100

EDIT: Just noticed that the other fix that I had mind will only work for ATi cards :|
But as you can see, this is not an unknown issue. (Two other people have it.) But it's weird that it also happens to you, it has only happened to people with Radeon X cards (probably the ATi drivers screwing up somewhere).

I have attached two images with system info. I hope this helps. I just got this "Gateway" computer. It works rely fast and no problems otherwise.

Edit: Tryed the "jpeg_quality 100" setting did nothing.
