Screenshot of the lost easter egg

I was looking at the the wikipedia page for EP2 and at the end under "external links" theres a link called "Screenshot of the lost easter egg'.

Can any1 explain what that is about? link to the wiki page:

It has something to do with the show Lost, I've only seen a couple of episodes so not sure what it's saying. Lost had some people playing Half-Life at one point also...

There's already a couple of threads discussing this. You might've simply done a search for them.

But basically, the numbers on the computer represent something from the series. A little joke of Valve I believe.

Valve added it because they are fans of the show Lost. And Lost had many Half-Life references and similar scenes on the first season. Like Sayid's friends playing HL1, and Jack's dad appearing around just like GMan does, and in similar clothes and briefcase.

The lost easter egg could be found after securing the secondary silo, it's kind of hidden, so if you don't know to look for it you will miss it. If you are playing with commentary you might notice the commentary node in the room and notice it better.

The play Half-Life 1 in the episode 1x21 The Greater Good. They are playing Blast Pit, I think, and the comment goes about how you should use the crowbar against the zombies.
