Screenshots of a video?

Whenever I take hit printscreen in a video with Windows Media Player and save, it comes out black.

Is it possible to make it save properly?

EDIT: Ok, I found out that by turning off hardware acceleration, it will save properly, but is it possible to fastforward a video with hardware acceleration off?

Try turning hardware acceleration back on but turn off overlay.
