OMG that is so CRAP i downloaded the file, then figured uot i needed some shit program to run it. i download that (which installed itself into temporary internet files) and played it.

seriosly, cant they just say "type normal to begin on normal difficulty" instead of saying "you walk into a room, dimly lit, with an engraving of 'NORMAL' on the wall. this is quite disconcerning... ETC ETC".

ill tell you what i did in text format:

stop playing.

delete the file.

search for the file to see if anything is left.

search again, to make sure.

iplace a big a angry letter on desktop saying "DO NOT PLAY IFQUAKE EVER AGAIN"

turn PC off and run as far away as possible.

Have you people ever heard of Muds. Try Batmud you'll be pretty suprised at how good some of them can be.
