Script for a grenade // fy maps

can someone make me a scrpit so that when I switch to a grenade using the mouse wheel or the keyboard i say to my team;

[-Flash!-]
[-Smoke!-]
[-Grenade!-]

Most of them do. If you unzip them and they have a .nav then bots work perfectly (as far as i know) on that map. But maps like br_winterforts, has a locked door which they dont know how to use...therefore, no .nav.
