SDK problem

everytime i start my SDK i get this error,

i dont know how to fix it, i have uninstalled and installed my SDK like 3 times now and it still dont work. anyone know the problem or how to fix it?

i had this error yesterday or similiar to it. I started HL2 and it decrypted something. so try to start your HL2 game and it should try to decrypt your files.

you can try this. with steam open, goto MS start, in the "run" box type this "steam://validate:220" without quotes
