Source SDK Update Released

A Source SDK update is available and will be applied automatically when Steam is restarted. The changes include:

Source SDK

* Added new example character model
* Added new character creation documentation
* Added QC eyes tool
* Added more in-depth shader examples -- including a post-process shader
* Added Motion Mapper - a tool used to map animations across differently-proportioned skeletons
* Fixed dedicated server UI not automatically finding HL2MP MODs

Ah post process filter example. That should help the guys who want a motion blur effect. Its good to see some more updates.

I want to go check out that QC Eye tool ASAP!

Looks like SP mods will be happy :)

Oh and that Motion Mapper is actually sounding pretty neat... Things like 3dsmax I believe have that (so let's say you have an animation you made for a tall lanky basketball player, but then you needed the animation for a small stout gnome.. Instead of having to redo the animation you remap it onto the differently proportioned skeleton (which drives anmations) and boom you're done, animations for all models of shapes and sizes :D
