When I click on the search feature on the boarder near the top of screen..nothing happens..just thought I let you know.

vBulletin 3.5 seems to have issues with things like that. Generally if you right click and select open in new Window, or open it in a new tab in Firefox then you can scroll down to the bottom and a search box has appeared.

it works if you go to the main hl2.net forums page but in threads or other areas clicking on it will do nothing

Yeah i get this too occassionally, its frustrating. Get teh star on it!

It would be helpful if people posted their browser and versions .... :hmph:

Not working here on Firefox 1.0.4

basically the search function works when it feels like working.
kinda like Chris_D :E

Yeah, happens to me sometimes.

No need to report the issues to us. It's a problem with the vBulletin 3.5 beta so you'll need to report any issues over at www.vbulletin.com.

Why have you upgraded the forums to a Beta anyway? there's bound to be bugs...there's just no point doing it.:rolling:

Good point, oh and just for reference i have firefox 1.04 too and its not working for me. It seems to work on the main forum page, but not on these individual thread pages.
